Inly School will host a free screening, open to the public, of the film Waiting for “Superman” on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Meehan Family Arstbarn on the campus of the school.
From the Academy Award-winning director Davis Guggenheim, the film explores “the current state of public education in the U.S. and how it is affecting our children.”
Guggenheim, the mind behind An Inconvenient Truth, follows the lives of five underprivileged students from different school systems across the country and tells the dream of the “great American education.”
